Dr.inB Co., Ltd. (CEO: Youngkyu Song) announced that it successfully introduced its Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) technologies to key stakeholders in China's veterinary and women's healthcare sectors during a business visit to Shanghai on June 9–10.

During the visit, Dr.inB presented its PDT platform to representatives of major veterinary hospital chains and practicing veterinarians. The company also conducted a live demonstration showcasing PDT treatment for inflammatory skin diseases in companion animals.

Veterinarians expressed strong interest in PDT as an innovative therapeutic approach capable of addressing dermatological conditions while reducing reliance on conventional antibiotic-based treatments. Participants highlighted the technology's potential applications in companion animal dermatitis, otitis externa, wound management, and superficial tumors.

In parallel, Dr.inB held discussions with women's wellness and aesthetic healthcare centers regarding the utilization of its wound dressing products for vaginal health management and HPV (Human Papillomavirus) care. 

The meetings explored opportunities to integrate PDT-based healthcare solutions into preventive women's health programs and wellness services.

The company's HPV care platform combines proprietary photosensitizers, laser technologies, and clinical treatment protocols, offering a patient-friendly approach characterized by short treatment times and high patient compliance. 

Dr.inB plans to further strengthen its local partnerships and expand its presence in the Chinese healthcare market.

In addition to its commercial activities, Dr.inB continues to advance its pharmaceutical innovation pipeline. The company was recently selected for a national drug development program, recognizing its technological capabilities in developing next-generation PDT-based therapeutics. 

Through this initiative, Dr.inB is accelerating the development of novel treatments for HPV-related diseases and other unmet medical needs.
